JOY Wine Bottle Christmas Decor

I have seen this on Pinterest and loved it from first sight. I finally got them made very easy to do although I ended up buying a silhouette portrait and silhouette has double-sided adhesive that you can place on the bottle and then add the glitter. I'm thinking about putting on they read Jingle Bell also.
