DIY Marbled Christmas Ornament using black and white acrylic craft paints. These are so easy to make and make a beautiful addition to any Christmas decor. Any combination of colors can be used.First, you will need clear glass or plastic ornaments, and some paper cups to hold the ornaments while the excess paint drains out of the ornaments. My daughter and I used only black, white, and silver acrylic craft paints for our project because our Christmas tree theme that year was all black and white.Remove the cap to the ornament and pour a small amount of paint directly in to the ornament, move the ornament in a circular motion to cover the inside of the ornament. Add another color and repeat the process.Add enough paint in the different colors to cover the entire inside of the glass ornament. Wait at least five minutes to allow the paint to dry on the inside and "stick" to the inside of the ornament. Place the ornament in a paper cup, open side down, so that any excess paint can drain out of the ornament. If you do this step too soon you may end up with empty spots on the inside of the ornament. If this happens, simply add more paint to cover it up.The end result is a beautiful marbled and one of a kind Christmas ornament.A look at our fabulous Black and White Christmas tree.Original article and pictures take http://www.hometalk.com/11029288/diy-marbled-christmas-ornaments site
